# Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
Welcome to Client Inpour Solutions. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Client Inpour Solutions website, including any pages, forms, booking tools, content, demonstrations, and services made available through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
## 1. About Client Inpour Solutions
Client Inpour Solutions (“CIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital marketing, website development, artificial intelligence, automation, reputation management, lead follow-up, CRM, local search optimization, and related technology and consulting services.
CIS is based in Maryland and may provide services to businesses in Maryland and other locations.
## 2. Website Use
You may use this website for legitimate personal or business purposes, including learning about our services, contacting us, requesting information, or scheduling a consultation.
You may not:
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts, or data;
* Interfere with the security or operation of the website;
* Introduce malicious code, malware, or other harmful technology;
* Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
* Misrepresent your identity or provide knowingly false information;
* Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
## 3. No Guarantee of Marketing or Business Results
CIS provides marketing, technology, automation, AI, website, reputation, SEO, AEO, lead-generation, and consulting services designed to improve business systems and opportunities.
However, marketing and business results vary.
Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, CIS does not guarantee:
* A specific number of leads;
* A specific number of customers;
* Specific search engine rankings;
* Placement in Google, AI-generated answers, or other search platforms;
* A specific number of reviews;
* A particular conversion rate;
* Revenue, profit, or return on investment;
* That any AI system will operate without interruption or error.
Examples, demonstrations, projections, testimonials, or estimates are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
## 4. Artificial Intelligence and Automation
Certain CIS services may use artificial intelligence, automated workflows, conversational AI, voice AI, content-generation tools, or third-party AI systems.
AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing information that materially affects their business, customers, legal obligations, professional responsibilities, pricing, policies, or other important decisions.
AI tools provided through CIS are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.
## 5. Consultations and Demonstrations
CIS may provide consultations, audits, website previews, demonstrations, trials, or other preliminary services.
A consultation, demonstration, preview, or proposal does not create an ongoing client relationship unless the parties separately agree to proceed.
Website mockups, AI demonstrations, audits, or recommendations may be created using publicly available business information for demonstration purposes.
## 6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain CIS services may be offered as:
* One-time setup services;
* Monthly subscriptions;
* Recurring SaaS services;
* Trials;
* Custom consulting engagements; or
* Other agreed service arrangements.
Pricing, billing frequency, included services, trial periods, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase or documented in the applicable checkout page, proposal, order form, or service agreement.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
If a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, that fact and the applicable price will be disclosed before enrollment.
Additional or different terms contained in a signed proposal, service agreement, checkout page, or order form will control for that specific service if they conflict with these general Terms.
## 7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the specific service purchased and will be disclosed in the applicable offer, checkout page, proposal, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees already earned for completed setup, consulting, custom development, advertising spend, usage-based services, or third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Canceling a recurring service stops future billing according to the applicable cancellation terms but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of amounts previously paid.
## 8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
* Providing accurate business information;
* Maintaining appropriate access to domains, websites, calendars, Google profiles, social media accounts, phone numbers, and other systems necessary for delivery;
* Reviewing and approving business-specific content when appropriate;
* Ensuring their products, services, advertising, communications, and business practices comply with applicable law;
* Obtaining any customer or patient consent required for communications, reviews, data processing, or marketing;
* Maintaining appropriate privacy, regulatory, and professional compliance for their own business.
Customers in regulated industries, including healthcare, remain responsible for determining whether particular technology or marketing practices are appropriate for their regulatory environment.
## 9. SMS, Email, and Other Communications
If you provide contact information to CIS, we may contact you regarding your inquiry, consultation, account, transaction, or services.
Where required, marketing or automated communications will be sent only with appropriate consent.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing CIS services.
Message and data rates may apply.
Where applicable, recipients may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance.
Operational or transactional communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, subject to applicable law.
## 10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
CIS may integrate with or use third-party platforms such as website hosts, CRM providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, AI providers, analytics services, Google services, social media services, domain providers, and other software vendors.
CIS does not control the uninterrupted availability, security, policies, pricing, or functionality of third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party products or services may also be governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
## 11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Client Inpour Solutions name, branding, website content, original written materials, designs, strategies, templates, and other original content are owned by CIS or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit CIS intellectual property without written permission.
Ownership and licensing of websites, automation systems, templates, software configurations, custom assets, and deliverables created for paying customers may be governed by a separate service agreement.
## 12. Testimonials and Portfolio Materials
CIS will not knowingly present fabricated testimonials or results.
Testimonials describe the experience of the person providing them and do not guarantee that another customer will obtain the same results.
Where a testimonial relates to work performed by Victor Egonu before or outside of Client Inpour Solutions, CIS may identify that context rather than representing the testimonial as a CIS customer result.
Customer names, logos, screenshots, or results will be used in CIS marketing only as permitted by agreement or applicable law.
## 13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current, but website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
We may modify services, features, pricing, or website content at any time.

CIS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME.
We do not warrant that the website or any third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components.
## 15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIENT INPOUR SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, customers, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
## 16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Client Inpour Solutions and its owners, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
## 17. Links to Other Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites.
CIS does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion.
## 18. Privacy
Use of this website is also subject to the Client Inpour Solutions Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected, used, and disclosed.
## 19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
## 20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless another dispute-resolution procedure is established in a separate written agreement, disputes relating to these Terms or this website will be handled in an appropriate court located in Maryland.
